Budapest Pride Festival 2010

This year is the fifteenth anniversary of the Budapest Pride Festival.

The main goal of the festival is to support the acceptance and equal treatment of the LGBT community.

The festival offers from 4 till 11 July numerous activities such as a film festival, culture, lectures, workshops, parties and on 10 July the Gay Pride March in the Budapest city centre.

 

The Netherlands embassy support this festival because we share their aim to work towards a society in which all people are treated equally irrespective of their sexual orientation. The press release is one of the means with which we and other embassies support the festival.
